Want to return a product? No problem. We’ll send you a shipping label and a return authorization form within 24-72 hours. Fill out the RA form and print the provided shipping label. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the return packaging and put the RA form into the return packaging. Once the merchandise is received, your refund will be issued within 48 hours.
What can I return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return and issue a refund for products in new and unused condition within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
No returns on special orders.
Wheel Suppliers is not responsible for improper return packaging.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All returns must be paid for by the customer unless Wheel Suppliers is at fault.
All returns require a return authorization form (RA Form) and number.
RA number must be legibly printed on each package of the return shipment.
Any return without an RA form or number will be refused.
There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise in used or damaged condition, or otherwise any condition that is not brand new.
Wheel Suppliers is not responsible for any shops labor fees to install, mount or re-balance your wheels.
