Proper care and maintenance is required to prevent damage to the wheel finish and to prevent the warranty from being voided. Before the wheels are used, Wheel Suppliers recommends applying a coat of non-abrasive car wax to help protect the finish. Only clean your wheels using mild soap, warm water and a soft sponge or cloth. Reapply a coat of wax after every wash, or at least once per season. Do not use abrasive cleaners, pads or polishing compounds on your wheels or wash your wheels when they are hot. Wheel Suppliers treat every warrant claim on a case by case basis and have the right to deny any claim. Pictures of the damage or defect must be provided with every warranty claim.
