Why can't I find my vehicle?
At Wheel Suppliers, we do our best to have the most up to date data for as many vehicles as possible. If your vehicle was just released this year, please allow a few weeks for our fitment testing team to have the information updated and uploaded to the website. Alternatively, if your vehicle is fundamentally the same as the previous year, you should be able to use that instead of your current year to find wheel fitment information for your vehicle. For example, instead of a 2021 Honda Civic, you can search for a 2020 Honda Civic.
Why can't I find the wheel I'm looking for?
If you are unable to find the wheels you are looking for on our website, it may be because it has either been discontinued or we don’t carry that brand. Wheel Suppliers works with many great manufacturers and we are actively pursuing new brands to work with. Alternatively, if we carry the brand you are looking for and the wheel you want does not show up after filtering your vehicle, the wheel may not be suitable for your application.
The wheels I want are out of stock, when will they be restocked?
Do I need new tires when I get new wheels?
If the new wheels you purchased are the same diameter and width as your existing wheel, then it’s safe to reuse your existing tires on your new wheels. However, we strongly suggest that you purchase a new set of tires for your new wheels. Doing so yields less chance of potential issues with balancing the wheel and tire combination properly.
Can I purchase a single wheel instead of a full set of four?
Of course, our store is set up by default to allow you to purchase a full set or any number of replacement wheels. Make sure that you order a wheel with the same diameter, width, offset, and bolt pattern of your existing wheels. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us and a fitment expert will help you out.
What is the difference between cast wheels and forged wheels?
We have an in-depth guide to cast and forged wheels that can be found here.
What is the difference between wheel diameter and wheel width?
In simple terms, the wheel diameter refers to how tall the wheel is, while the wheel width refers to how wide the wheel is. For example, a 18×9.5 size implies that the wheel is 18 inches tall and 9.5 inches wide. You can learn more about wheel sizing here.
What are hub-centric and lug-centric rings? Do I need them?
Most aftermarket wheels are manufactured with a center hole that will fit a wide range of vehicles. The hub-centric ring is a piece of equipment used during installation to help center the wheel to the hub. This reduces vibrations and other issues. Proper installation and torque sequence is required to correctly center a wheel with or without a hub-centric or lug-centric ring. You can learn more about these in our in-depth guide found here.
What is a bolt pattern and how is it measured?
When mounting a new set of wheels onto your vehicle, you need to make sure the bolt pattern is compatible with your vehicle. To learn more about bolt patterns, read our guide here.
